If you're in Boston without phone service, but internet connection, you can use the Twilio website to call your families or friends directly.

To make a call, you just need to enter a phone number on the Twilio input box, click the "Call" button, and allow it to use your microphone, then you can talk with your family or friend for up to ten minutes at a time, but you can make as many calls as you like to.
